Sometimes, you just need to freshen up a form template! We worked with NMAAHC to improve their Luminate survey forms.
The National Museum of African American History and Culture is a long-time Cornershop client, and we were happy to work with them on some new Luminate survey forms.
Out of the box, Luminate survey forms have a lot of great functionality, but they’re not mobile-responsive. In just a few hours of work, we built a page wrapper for NMAAHC to use on their surveys now and in the future.
